The location was perfect to travel, eat at restaurants and was in close proximity to other amenities. Staff were polite during the stay and helped with general inquiries with how to use the train system for e.g. as well as other questions which as a tourist made it a lot easier! Bathroom was spacious.

Nice location close to the city center, bars, shops... Nice room with a good view over the city, good soundproofing in the windows, curtains that actually make the room dark enough to sleep, possibility to buy soft drinks ad snacks in the lobby at night, friendly staff. The bathroom had a tub.

This hotel was perfect for our city break and for the Christmas markets. It was easy to get to, from the airport on the trains. The room itself was clean & tidy; the room was cleaned each day. The contents of the mini bar were free and restocked each day - a nice touch. We found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options, fruit, continental and sausages/eggs. All hotel staff were very pleasant.

Room on check-in, it could be more flexible for those guest that travel from far distance away such as Asia, after travel more than 15 hours and yet have to wait and only can check-in at 15.00 hours(check-in time), I believe there are some room available much earlier, because some guest check-out earlier than 12.00 noon, if guest request in-advance during booking and hotel should try their best to accommodate, I experienced last week during check-in on 22.11.2022, arrived at 9.35 am at front desk and only be able to check-in around 1500 hours, during the winter times after travel more than 15 hours from home city in Malaysia to Bangkok, Thailand(Flight time 2 hours) Bangkok to Munich(Flight time 12 hours) transit at Munich airport 3 hours and Munich to Cologne(Flight time 1.5 hours) and have to wait for another 5 hours at lobby before check-in ??

Great breakfast buffet and not too many guests at the same time. Very quiet room (or absence of other guests on that floor). Nice and firm bed. Lovely staff. Location was great.

The customer service at this hotel is very high. All the staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection is very good. The hotel location is great, close to the city centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants and close to the U-Bahn. Would happily recommend thius hotel.

The hotel has a great location, on the street full of bars and restaurants in old part of Cologne. Breakfast buffet set was the same everyday. Own hotel honey is a nice feature. The furniture was old and outdated, but still functional.

great location. We came to Koln to visit the Xmas markets. the hotel location is max 15min walk from the further away market The hotel is in very active vivid area but the window do isolate sound pretty good. the Rooms are bigger than expected. Room service are committed :D . (See negative)

Everything except the ridiculous price €21, really!!! for the breakfast and then instead €5.90 for a single cup of coffee?.....really not in line with the hotels ambiance.
